the worst Nandos experience we've ever had! we had our meals as din. eating came out almost an hour later, cold and dry huh. the personal that cleaned the tables has almost cloged all the plates as if she wanted to break the plates. rubbish behind the counter were full and paper bag on the floor they just kicked it everywhere instead of picking it up. they may stay away until they have ordered themselves!
This restaurant provided extremely poor service with unfriendly staff and a negative atmosphere. There was a risk of cross-contamination with ham, as they did not change gloves when requested. The food was disappointing and cold, and despite waiting for 10 minutes, they prioritized cleaning over serving customers promptly. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will advise others not to as well.
Bad experience. They took 20 minutes to make a burger and chips. They didn’t even start cooking until half way through waiting and they asked what I was waiting for. The burger I got was on a “soft bun” but it was stale, cold, hard and dry, the chicken was dry too. Would not go there again!

Order completely wrong, waited another 20 minutes for the right order, no cash option, asked for a discount for waiting a total of 40 minutes, young boy said you will have to email headoffice , Nandos the Brand is going down hill fast.
best nandos I have in terms of portion size and not forever, everything was well seasoned and the staff was friendly and fast, a nice place to sit and eat
