Before called I went to make sure they honor vouchers, no answer. I went and was told when I was there, they don't honor coupons and there was a copy of the coupons on the glass where you order9ng they don't take. I told the two people there that I called the number and nobody answered. You said the phone didn't ring. I asked what the number was and was told they didn't know. I asked the person there to call her phone from the shop phone and she said she didn't know her own number(????? . Since I drove there, I had no time to go elsewhere. I paid $12.98 for a sandwich when I had a voucher to get two for $12.99, so I see why they don't take coupons. You could have set the sign not to take coupons on the front door, but I think they think that people are already in there as if I were going to order. This is a regrettable reason to earn money. I'm not going back.

I had a problem 4 weeks ago in this place that has not been fixed yet. Seems to be the new standard if there is no more 1800 customer service number. I had previously ordered and paid on the app, but before the order had arrived was planned to be completed. I asked if it could be possible while I was waiting and informed that they did not receive the order. I checked the address corresponded to the location I ordered in the app and showed the employee the order confirmation code. When the employee was unable to find the order in the computer system, she said I could ask for a refund from companies.

The staff was great, but I was upset because I could not understand why the owner SUBWAY Coupons did not accept at SUBWAY. That's crazy, so I'm not going to come back.

This was a very friendly Subway... smiles all over!! Made wonderful salads for my mother and myself. Restrooms was very clean.... highly recommend. :-)
