I’ve encountered a disappointing experience at this Subway for the second time, involving someone I believe to be a manager. She's a short, heavier-set white woman with glasses, short hair, and a forearm tattoo. The first time I visited, she made a comment about my appearance, saying, "No wonder you’re a skinny little thing," which I found completely inappropriate, especially since I've been recovering from eating issues for years. I chose to overlook that remark and remained polite, having worked in food service myself for several years.

I ordered an ice-cold steak sub online and specified in the comments box to toast both subs extra. Unfortunately, neither sub was toasted. My steak sub had no toast marks on the inside of the bread, the steak was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted. When I called to address this, the staff member explained that they have fifteen minutes to prepare each sub before the customer arrives. However, that doesn’t justify why the steak was so cold. Food ordered on the subway app to be delivered. Never arrived. DoorDash says it subways issue, Subway says it’s DoorDash issue. Nobody at this location seems to know how to properly deal with the situation, including the lack of professionalism, displayed over the phone by the assistant manager, who presents overbearing. Last time I do business with this location should’ve learned my lesson six years ago when I quit using them figured staff would’ve changed but their policies haven’t.
I have ate at Subway for many years not just down here but up north as well never any complaints about the food or service it's always fresh and the employees are very friendly and respectful Kid-friendliness: Always every time that I have been there.
