Who owns this franchise? I just witnessed three customers walk out without making a purchase because the person behind the counter was alone and overwhelmed by incoming mobile orders. The other staff member left about ten minutes ago. The sandwich I had was fine, but the place is severely understaffed and struggles to keep up with both orders and walk-in customers.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was incredibly slow. When he finally served me my food, the tomatoes were sticky and unappetizing. I tried to express that I wanted fresh food, but he just picked around and didn't seem to care. I won't be returning to this place again!
Just based on the fact that the past couple times I went, there was one person working and there was no line and meh made 3 sandwiches before mine. But when I got the food I was cool. Food is not bad, just schedule more people for closing, like at least 1 more person

Okay let's start with one person working there, an slow as heck. He then proceeds to give me sticky tomatoes at this point I'm letting him know that I want fresh food as should be needless to say he picked around an managed. I say this too say neveragain!!!!!
It seems like there was only one person working at this place. When my mobile order was marked as ready, he hadn't even started preparing it yet. He almost overlooked one of my items, and I ended up waiting an extra 30 minutes in the store.
They always make the Chicken Teriyaki wrong. Marinating the Chicken in the Sweet onion sauce, and putting the Teriyaki in the squeeze bottle. As a former Subway employee, it's definitely supposed to be the other way
We dine here every time we go for a hike at Patapsco State Park. The service is quick and friendly, and the food is consistently fresh and served hot. Reserva una mesa ahora
