We are cycletouring through Europe, ending our day in Cahors. Thirsty after a long ride in the heat, we stopped by chance at Surdeau Cote Cave offering a nice terrasse in the shade. Got a beer and a local Rosé. Vincent gave us a full lecture about local wines and detailed the differences between them. Very interesting, no push to buy anything, though. We tasted a couple of different one, and ended up to buy a bottle to enjoy tonight. Everything with a tasty “planche végétarienne’. Good food, friendly and very knowledgeable waiter. If you need wine recommendations, definitely a good place to stop.
Nous avons déjeuné dans cette cave restaurant . C est très bon et les tarifs sont corrects. Placé tout près du centre historique de cahors et des halles. Nous avons déjeuner pour 42 € a 2 avec un plats un bière et un verre de vin. Je conseille les tagliatelles au foies Gras. De plus vous pouvez prendre du vin au verre et decouvrir de bon crus. Le seul bemole c'est ça situation le long de boulevard cela peu gêner certain. Je conseille pour un déjeuner ....
excellent small table in the center of Cahors.The products served are of very good quality. Nice welcome of the staff.Beautiful boards to share for the aperitif.And very good bottles of wine. The only small flat the terrace is too close to the road. I also recommend the small adjacent shop of all the products they serve at the restaurant and wonderful surprises of a local distillery.

Repas entre amis en soirée. Très bonne planche charcuterie et fromage. De très bons conseils sur les choix des vins. Le service est impeccable, le personnel très accueillant. Un bel endroit sur Cahors
Une belle découverte. Patron aimable. Nourriture extra (fait maison). Service efficace et rapide et en plus avec attention commercial. Je recommande et on reviendra lors d’un prochain passage à Cahors
Very warm and attentive welcome. Ventilated terrace with mist. Ardoises and quality boards. Of course, the foie gras over 30°. Many suggestions for wines and very good advice.
