Sudreau Cote Cave - Reservar una mesa

We are cycletouring through Europe, ending our day in Cahors. Thirsty after a long ride in the heat, we stopped by chance at Surdeau Cote Cave offering a nice terrasse in the shade. Got a beer and a local Rosé. Vincent gave us a full lecture about local wines and detailed the differences between them. Very interesting, no push to buy anything, though. We tasted a couple of different one, and ended up to buy a bottle to enjoy tonight. Everything with a tasty “planche végétarienne’. Good food, friendly and very knowledgeable waiter. If you need wine recommendations, definitely a good place to stop.

I sat down alone in a near empty outside of this restaurant for dinner. The waiter turned around to me from the other customers there and berated me for sitting down! He shouted I should have asked him first as thats what we do in France. The other few customers looked on shocked. This went on for 30 seconds. I said nothing I was so shocked. He grabbed the glasses and went inside. I left. I had a lovely dinner up the road. I would strongly advise against stopping here unless you want to be verbally assaulted. Complete thuggishness.

a very warm welcome for an excellent tasting of regional quality products! We were installed in a small, very cozy place to enjoy a family moment. excellent value quality price. Advise the eyes closed!

Repas entre amis en soirée. Très bonne planche charcuterie et fromage. De très bons conseils sur les choix des vins. Le service est impeccable, le personnel très accueillant. Un bel endroit sur Cahors

Très bien conseillé tant au niveau des vins, que des produits locaux. Produits de très bonne qualité. Personnel compétent et sympathique.
