I was thoroughly impressed by the perfectly smoked brisket, the crispy coleslaw, and the delicious fries. The drink options, both for kids and adults, were excellent as well. My picky child enjoyed the amazing Mississippi mud cake so much that he finished his entire plate, and the portion for the kid's meal was generous enough to satisfy us all. The staff was friendly and genuinely happy to serve us, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience in such a family-friendly setting.

Since it was their first day open, we did encounter a few minor issues. The main one was that they ran out of food before closing time. Understandably, they can't just throw some brisket on the grill last minute; it takes hours to cook low and slow to achieve such amazing flavor. I must mention the sauces—they were incredible! Each type of meat was already amazing on its own, but adding the sauce took the flavor to another level. I can’t wait for my next visit to what has quickly become my new favorite BBQ restaurant!

Best BBQ in Thornton/Westminster, other than my house. This you will never know about). Sugarfire is an excellent restaurant all around! The beer and cocktail selections are on point as well. I never had a bad experience here. Sometimes when busy, it might take a few minutes to get your alcoholic beverage of choice, as it is everywhere since Gen Z doesn 't know the word work and everywhere is under staffed.Highly recommend Sugarfire Smoke House for best BBQ in Thornton/Westminster area.

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The BBQ was fantastic, and my wife absolutely loved her burger. It was cooked to her exact specifications, and she even spoke to the chef to express how impressed she was—something she rarely does. I also appreciated that they made the soda on-site, offering a nice alternative to the usual Pepsi and Coke. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The ribs are consistently superb, featuring a perfect crust and a juicy tenderness that's hard to find elsewhere. Be sure to try the “Meat Daddy” plate to sample all the different meats. The sides are generous and pair nicely with the meats. There's a wide selection of sauces from various regions to please every palate. They have successfully brought their St. Louis restaurant to Colorado, and it definitely meets expectations.

Alright, I’m new to town, moving from from Austin TX, so my barbecue bar is high. But, aside from the food being mediocre brisket was mostly fat), they got our order wrong, and delivered it to the wrong table where it sat for a while. The burger didn’t have the cheese or toppings we ordered. The sauces are too sweet. Employees looked bored/beaten down. I hope this isn’t the best barbecue around

I paid $77 for a quart of Mac and Cheese and one pound of smoked brisket.. Which is because they forgot my 2nd main dish. Definitely was not a delivery mistake. Completely made a mistake and did not financially take care of it.Food: 3/5

Absolutely delicious! We ordered the family meal, which comfortably serves six people. The smoked turkey and brisket are outstanding! The service was prompt, friendly, and very helpful. Food rating: 5/5.

in cali for work stops in great food, hot BBQ sauce. brisket was perfect, just add hot bbq to the baked beans and oh yes. more reasonable price drinks dishes and beer
