soo I had the crazyest experiences ever. I ordered a cake to deliver. I called and paid cake over the phone. I get another email that says they can make cake another wise and it will cost more. E-mail also said that to confirm the cake again before they can continue. I didn't want them to go away, I was angry. had not heard from them until I called a random call on the day of delivery that they are a home for delivery. I ignored her calls. only to pay twice in my bank account. when I emailed her back, she tells me another story and something about uh yea we accused her twice and no refunds. only insanely shady. I was charged 2x, I still got cake. Thank you.

I ordered cupcakes for my daughter’s party 3+ weeks in advance for pickup the day of the party. When I arrived to get the cupcakes there was a large differentiation between what was agreed upon and the product I was receiving. While I understand mistakes happen the customer service was severely lacking instead of being apologetic, the woman who handled my dissatisfaction was entirely unmoved by the error. we got so many cakes from this incredible bakery and everyone was beautiful. whenever we have a party, from birthdays to engagement parties, children character themes, simple colors and flowers everything was perfectly executed and delicious. it is a hard year without our normal events, so it means so much to have a quality, reliable bakery bring some joy to our family. every penny worth!
Delicious cake and great customer service. They made a minor mistake on our son's bday cake (vanilla instead of confetti). We honestly didn't even care because he's 3 and would not know or care either but Amanda was very insistent on making us a new cake AND delivered it. You do not find customer service like this very often. Highly recommend!
not to leave a fan negative reviews, but that was terrible customer service. amanda is extremely rude, always in bad mood and literally acts as if it doesn't need the business. the first and last time with sugar rush.
