This place is wonderful. I won’t presume to be an expert critic of sushi but from what I’ve tried in the local area this place is in a category of its own. Service is excellent and effort is always seemingly maximized. The food is the star of the show. The rolls themselves are clearly distinct from one another, all feel both in texture and taste as though high quality fresh ingredients are used, and most importantly are consistent. I’ve visited nearly a dozen times, all of which reaffirm suki’s role in my life as the motherland of sushi.
This is truly my favorite local sushi restaurant. Whether you dine in or order takeout, the food is consistently delicious. My personal favorite roll is the yellowtail special, which features yellowtail, ikura, and avocado. I haven't come across this combination at any other sushi place, and it's definitely worth trying. The ikura here is full of flavor, and the uni is fresh as well! The service is excellent, even during busy times. If you're in the area and craving sushi, be sure to stop by!
The experience at Suki Sushi is consistently excellent. I enjoy their takeout options for dinner, which typically cost around $20–30 per person. The food is exceptional, earning a top rating of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also rated 5. I highly recommend trying the Sushi Sandwich, Tuna Tartare, Sushi Sashimi, Seaweed Salad, Chicken Teriyaki, the Sushi and Sashimi Combo for Two, the Sushi Dinner, and the Sushi for Two.

The food is fresh, delightful, and absolutely delicious. I would rate it a perfect 5. The service is also excellent, deserving another 5. The atmosphere is inviting and enjoyable, earning a solid 5 as well.
It's a small establishment that isn't primarily designed for dining in, but you can still enjoy your meal there. Overall, the sushi was quite good.
The best sushi in central Jersey, and possibly all of New Jersey! We're so fortunate to live nearby and be able to order from them through Grubhub.
