of us shoved in a corner back to back with other large and very loud parties. Servers were very nice but had to ask several times for many things. Asked times for bread which didn’t arrive until after the appetizers. Didn’t receive the drinks that were ordered and had to ask for them again. One person didn’t receive their dinner that was ordered…had to ask again for that. Never had our water refilled or was ever asked if we wanted more drinks. Ordered a medium steak and was well done…had it sent back and they brought a steak that looked like it was charged me full price and on top of it charged for the one that was sent back too. Sat at pm for a reservation. Ordered drinks. Server came back and said the one drink may not be able to be made. After minutes after than I got my drink and my boyfriend was told he had to choose another drink. He did. We ordered calamari. We waited again. It came out ice cold. We put at the end if the table. At I finally went to the hostess to as for the manager. Before I could finish our situation. She said can I offer you ro come back another night. I said no and brought her to the table to see we could not eat the calamari. She then rolled her eyes and asked my boyfriend if she could offer us a night back. He said no and she said well I guess I'll cover this tonight. I left for the serve...

Unfortunately, this last experience was so poor that it may be the end of my dining here. We arrived at for a reservation. The restaurant was not set up for ANY diners and there were around people crammed into the lobby, some of which that were waiting over mins when they had a reservation. We waited minutes to be seated and then when we sat down more minutes went by without being greeted. We asked for a wine list but then never received service so we got up and went to a competing steakhouse and got great service there.

I took my dad here for a good steak and we were disappointed by the service, price point and quality of the food for the price. I understand that all restaurants are understaffed these days, but there seemed to be a lack of communication between the front and back of the house. Overall, we had an overpriced yet decent meal with lacking service. The experience was fine, but I’ll be going to different steakhouses in the area going forward. Reserva una mesa ahora

Not the best experience at all. We were at the restaurant when it first opened and I’m not sure if that had to do with anything. At the time we were there steaks were ordered and needed to be sent back. Service was pretty slow even though there were only parties in the restaurant at the time. Our server was great but the food was not especially considering we drove over minutes in snowy weather to dine here

This was our first time to go to Sullivans. We had Brian as our server and he was great. We go to many different steakhouses, and this steak was one of the best. The only complaint I have, is they didn’t have espresso martini’s. Something about an espresso martini with your steak is phenomenal. Hopefully they add that soon. All in all, great experience! Great service, great food, and great atmosphere.

Clearly hit by pandemic. reservation and had to wait until as short on staff. Hostess surly and unapologetic. No bread available as wasn’t delivered. Bernaise sauce was unrecognizable not sure what it was. Salmon was burned. Service slow as staff who did show up struggled to handle guests. Very disappointing as we have been going to Sullivan’s for over years.

Our server Tra was extremely professional and friendly. We had a question on some preferred sides and he gave us his opinion which ended up being a great choice along w our meal. He was prompt w all service. I've been here many times, but this was my dates first visit and a successful one. Thx again to Tra!!! Everything was perfect dinner was great. As a Chef I give credit when it's do and I must say the steaks was perfect every part of our meal was excellent our server David I believe he wear glasses I don't have our receipt but another review is coming anyways his steps of service was phenomenal great job to staff you guys killed it.

Wrong steak was brought out-server order error. Did not eat it but still had to pay for it. Slow service and strange clientele for a place that used to be so upscale.
