Just a heads up that the reasonable prices at this place are gone. Had a nice dinner and drinks there one week, and the next week the prices shot up without warning. As an example, the Fish and Chips dinner went up from $13 to $17. The drink I had ordered the week before at $13, now 16! We were shocked when we got the bill, and were told their suppliers prices went up so they had no choice. Our total bill was $56 one week, then shot up to $70.60 the next week. We have both receipts. When we tried to find a table, they were taken by people not ordering anything from the restaurant. Just sitting there listening to the live music. I'm going to give Tanner Park aka Sully's Wharf a solid 3 stars. Pier is in great shape and worth a visit. Beach water and area is decent and a good place to cool off. Food is a tad bit over priced but so is McDonald's. Bathrooms is what needs the most attention. Since the pandemic it hasn't been that bad because they're not getting as many visitors. There are a few picnic tables for use on a first come, first serve basis and high tables and chairs to eat your ordered food. All in all, I enjoy coming here to sit and relax and listen to the waves. I personally have never had any issues with staff. Although, a friendly hello or smile wouldn't hurt.

This restaurant is a total scam! I spent $14 on frozen chicken fingers and fries. They've deliberately left the prices off the menu because they know they're overcharging. My friend ordered stuffed shells and the chicken Marsala special, but neither was enjoyable. The stuffed shell was hard, and the chicken Marsala had an odd green color. Another friend waited over 20 minutes for wings, but they turned out to be nothing special despite the long wait. To top it off, we had to eat outside on picnic benches without any table service. I won't be coming back.

This restaurant appears to be experiencing a drop in quality instead of an improvement. I ordered the fish and chips, but the fish was overcooked and the fries were only lukewarm. My wife had to return her cold fries and overcooked calamari as well. Even the Coke was a letdown, as it had too much seltzer in it. The only bright spot was the choco taco ice cream. The staff were the only thing that made our visit enjoyable. While I might consider coming back for the live music, I won’t be dining here again.
We recently organized a senior beach party on August 30, and we had a fantastic experience. The food options featured burgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and grilled cheese, all accompanied by fries and coleslaw. Everyone enjoyed the meal, and we received nothing but compliments from the over one hundred seniors in attendance—no complaints at all! Frank, his wife, and their amazing staff played a key role in making our event a success. We’re already excited about hosting it again next year!
We had a pleasant experience with friendly service from the waitress during lunch, but our return for dinner was quite different. The security staff treated us rudely, and even though we had found a spot to sit and were ready to order, we were asked to leave because we had a small camping cooler with us. This was disappointing, especially since we initially had a positive impression of the restaurant. It appears they cater more to military personnel and their families.
Avoid at all costs! This location is subcontracted from the town by a poorly run company that wants to make all their money in 2 months, with as little costs as possible. All the nice things about this location were paid for by taxpayers, nothing to do with this company trying to milk as much money out of local residents as possible. Same company runs Katch at Venetian shores, where they make their money, on drinks. Tanner was a package deal. You've been warned.
