It was a Friday night and they appeared relatively busy. I was on my way back from the Sunshine Coast picking up dinner for my girlfriend and I so I did not feel like getting out of the car. We had the banquet which gives you bread & dips (fantastic dips but way too much bread, we only needed one of the two small loaves served). Next came calamari then two different Pide (again just one would have been sufficient), then mixed grill to finish with rice and more bread. We couldn't eat all the meat at the end. If going here plan to spend a good couple of hours and take your time with the meal. Service was friendly but average, as in we had to keep trying to get their attention, even though there seemed to be plenty of staff (as it was a very busy night). Just had dinner tonight- Friday. Staying at nearby hotel and went across road to try some Turkish food.Very pleasantly surprised. We had 3 No1 banquets (so much food...) We also had some kids menu items as well as some other dishes. A total of 5 adults and 3 kids and everybody happy.Best thing was the belly dancer who arrived around 8- my 9 yo son was mesmerised.The restaurant is a bit noisy as there is very little stuff to absorb sound, apart from that it was a nice place for a mealService was excellent- very attentive and brought food promptly and cleared away plates appropriately.
Visited Sultans for a meal with partner and his family recently for the first time. I had read a number of reviews here on TripAdvisor and was looking forward to the meal. We ordered a cheese and beef pide bread to share to start, and then the mixed grill, the lamb hot pot and the mushroom saute. All the food we orderd was full of flvaour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Being a friday night, the belly dance show was on which was good to watch. Throughout the meal at some points, I did think the music was rather loud and found it difficult to hold a conversation across the table.

A pretty standard kebab that could have done with more salad. Chips were great and the meal was good value. Drive through is a nice novelty, however we waited a bit longer than expected and so would probably just go inside next time. We'll be back to try your restaurant meals sometime. Thanks!
We are sad to say that the quality of the food has gradually declined. This specifically pertains to the meats. The dips, breads and other aspects of this restaurant have been unaltered however the quality of the meats has deteriorated for some reason.
Very well served and well mannered staff. The food is always fantastic. The belly Dance is worth watching and enjoyable. The aura of the restaurant is very comfortable. The serving size is excellent. Very friendly staff. I had a great visit.
Please don't judge this restaurant for its comical facade as the food, service and vibe was wonderful. Make sure you are hungry because the meals are huge! Have nothing bad to say! Was great and highly recommend!

The atmosphere is great and the food is even better. This restaurant is busy particulary on weekends so book in. Belly dancers at night time on weekend is also special. The service is very personal and unique
When we lived in Brisbane we watched this placed build so it was great to try the food at last it was well worth the visit beautiful kabob and great surroundings
