I had been amazed by the frame and concept, but especially for the service that is excellent. little anecdote: after eating the first sashimis plate that was offered, I asked for a second before I was delighted when I was told that it was paid. I had the pleasant surprise to have a second plate offered by the manager! When I was staying in the capital, I had to go back there after I kept such a wonderful memory. sumasa remains one of my favorite restaurants with regard to Japanese buffets! Generally the problem of the other restaurant are the waitresses that devises you but not at sumasa since it is the food that comes to you! sitting around a bar, the food slips under our eyes. yakitori, sushi, sashimi, tempura, salad, noodles, rice (nature or Cantonese,) ect. It's the kind of restaurant I've been recommending for a few years the eyes closed and in general this restaurant doesn't disappoint anyone.
It's not really Japanese refined cuisine par excellence but you don't go to a Japanese buffet at will for that. We go there for a warm welcome, a careful waitress, a clean and enlightened setting, fresh products and that is the case. a rather classic but varied buffet as it is necessary: what to "break the belly." the buffet scrolling on a treadmill is still original. there may be - not enough desserts. P.S.: all meats are halal, even beef broochettes with cheese. (rarely rare)
This is the third time I saw this restaurant, when you'll be in a bet .... I visit it either solo, either with my wife, or with my garcon .j liked it well ... I visited bcp of these restaurants .... but I prefer this ... the foods are delicious ... the staff very nice and polite ... the place is very clean.I advise to visit it

We are accustomed to Sumasa.Cadre friendly with a wide choice of product, tt-pink, maki, sushi, nem.The restaurant offers a halal meat and very good taste. We're reeling the feeling of being in ass for a moment. Privileged lunch is expensive.
I love the concept! 13 euros 90 the formula at will, with plates of qualities. the chief is preparing a party in front of us. the restaurant is clean and the service very attentive and friendly. to redo because we spend a great time.

not much choice, more rice than fish on sushi, lack of freshness. I will not return to it as soon as possible!!!
I eat very regularly at the sumasa once to twice a week and I'm still a fan...I recommend it to you
