We decided to try the special Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup), and it did not disappoint. The flavors were rich and delightful, with a distinct beef taste complemented by pressed lime and fresh herbs. The thick, long white noodles (not vermicelli) added to the overall experience. Service was impressively quick, taking less than seven minutes. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, making our visit even more enjoyable. Prices were reasonable and affordable, with free parking available. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful culinary experience at Summer Rolls, and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Vietnamese food.

Best Vietnamese spot for rolls! I love the build your own set. Literally come to this restaurant every single time I visit home. Always order extra shrimp rolls and add them to your rolls. The greens are always fresh. They have shiso leaves! Add some chili to your sauce and you’re set. The service is always great. And they accept credit cards now!

This was my first visit to the restaurant. Parking can be a challenge due to the limited spaces available. While the selection of Vietnamese dishes isn’t extensive, the food was quite good. Customer service was satisfactory, but be prepared for some waiting during peak hours.

The pork summer rolls had a flavor reminiscent of Taiwanese sausage. Each order includes four rolls, and they were quite enjoyable! The rice cake with shrimp and crab was also very tasty.

Love the BBQ Pork meatballs on spits! Definitely recommend! Will return for more in the future.
