I would have given this a 5. Only reason it is 4 is because the ramen was not good and could use minor improvements, other than that, this place is excellent!!Appetizers:Seaweed saladJalapeño bombMain dishes:Steak Teriyaki Box (rare w/fried rice upgrade)Spice Kimchi RamenFirst came the miso soup salad, both were good, but both could use small flavor adjustments, the salad needed a little bit more flavor was a little watery. Soup was great I loved the appearance and consistency, looked amazing, just needing a little more flavor. For the seaweed salad a bit fishy, other than that great, I loved the ratio of seaweed to cucumber and the way the cucumber was cut made this dish taste better! MY FA...

Definitely the best spot for good sushi in Longmont! We really enjoy coming here with friends or for a nice date night. The crab tartar appetizer is absolutely delicious! Haven't tried the hibachi side of their menu because we're distracted with the great sushi meals, but everything is worth the slightly above average price. You will not be disappointed, their drink menu is great for whatever mood you're in for adult beverages. In the photo, we ordered the salmon roe, fantastic roll (definitely a winner if you're ok with a strong cilantro flavor) and the sashimi/sushi combo. We are lucky to get great servers who are attentive and polite and fast! Highly recommend this spot.

Ordered sushi and they neglected to add one order of maguro tuna we had paid for. I had the receipt and the untouched container with the prepared order. Instead of fixing it, the manager proceeded to argue with me about the order (without asking for the receipt). He eventually said he’d “give us” the two pieces of tuna “this time.” We told him to keep the tuna and $11.00. East Moon is better quality and less expensive anyway. This place used to be classy. Lately, it’s become a joke.

We've done dine-in and take-out here and they're both pretty good overall. Best bang for the buck is the fried rice. The sushi has surprisingly large portions of fish/rice! Very generous. Not cheap though.Food: 4/5
