Upon entering on a midweek night, we observed six vacant tables. Regrettably, despite minimal occupancy, we were informed that the establishment was fully booked with just a cursory glance. The inquiry about a reservation followed. Our decision to revisit after an 8-9 year hiatus due to past service issues proved to be an unfortunate choice. The overall experience was disappointing, and we have decided not to patronize the establishment again.
I requested for no pork in my fried rice but it was still included. The rice was bland and lacked vegetables. The customer service was disappointing as well. I would not recommend this restaurant and have no plans to return. Takeout service for dinner, with prices ranging from A$1 to $20 per person. Food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5. Special Fried Rice is one of the recommended dishes.
We ordered takeout from Sun Sun for the first time and were very impressed with the meal. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was friendly and attentive. Even though we only got takeout, we could tell that the restaurant itself was well-maintained. We are considering dining in next time because of our great experience. Highly recommend trying Sun Sun. Unfortunately, our dining experience was very disappointing. I ordered the vegetarian fried rice, but it only had mashed egg and no vegetables. The rice seemed to have been reheated multiple times, resembling mashed potatoes. I had to add salt for some flavor. I only managed to take a few bites before giving up. We tried this place for lunch after seeing good reviews online. It was really good. The food was very fresh (fish melted in our mouths and cooked perfectly. Friendly, helpful staff and pleasant space to be in. We will be back : Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food was terrible, dry and cold. I had been a regular diner at Sunsun restaurant since they opened why back. I hadn't been for a few years an decided to get take away one night last week. NEVER AGAIN! Food: 1 Service: 1
