The bubble tea took 30 minutes to receive, the coffee took 20 minutes, and the smoothie took an extremely long time to make. Eventually, I ended up getting soft serve ice cream from a self-serve wall, which was a unique concept. However, there was no spoon provided to eat the ice cream, and there was no cashier available to pay and get a spoon. As a result, the ice cream melted before I could enjoy it. Additionally, the overall cost was expensive - nearly $9 for a cup of ice cream. In the future, I would rather go to Carvel on Wednesdays or Baskin Robbins on Tuesdays for their special deals. They had either vanilla or chocolate, those were pretty much the only flavors available. They had quite a few toppings, the only ones i found appealing had none left. I ended up with a cup of vanilla and sprinkles. I paid for myself and my three friends. Total was $36 for 4 cups. NINE DOLLARS for vanilla ice cream with sprinkles that i didn’t even enjoy. Don’t waste your time here, go literally anywhere else. If they had more flavors or if they stocked up their toppings I maybe would consider spending 9 bucks not probably not.

This restaurant experience was absolutely disgusting. There were more toppings on the floor than in the containers for serving customers. Everything was empty and the female employees were rude. Even the cup lids didn't fit properly. I will never go back again. I should have taken the $26 I spent and gone to another place nearby to get better value for my money. The staff at this restaurant are very helpful and patient with children as they select their toppings. With a wide variety of kid-friendly and unique toppings, it can be challenging for kids to make a decision. This is our favorite ice cream shop, and we visit it every week in the summer!

Ordered an egg cream and they gave me seltzer and milk in a cup, and when we went back to explain to them that an egg cream is seltzer, milk, and chocolate (or vanilla) syrup, the rude person at the counter said this is how they make it and that's that. Wouldn't recommend.

Great place! They offer frozen yogurt, acai bowls, and more. Joe is amazing at making chocolate peanut butter smoothies - they are filling and perfect for lunch.
