I usually have a great experience as I've been coming for years. But today customer service made me feel terrible. As a server was getting my food another woman just came up, talking very loudly and demanding to know what sides I wanted. She completely ignored the two other employees that I had already engaged with. I couldn't belive that she was speaking as if i was hard of hearing. I had already explained to the first server that I perfer to have all of my food in the same box since it cuts down on waste. Everyone else was kind. Amazing! We were so glad we stopped here on our way back from Atlanta because we don't have anything like this in Atlanta. It's literally healthy vegan fast food, with its kitchen style hot bar set up and housemate burgers made out of actual veggies everything was perfect! There a so many options and your plate is ready in minutes. I got the jalapeño burger and my girlfriend got the southern BBQ and both were bomb, she also loved the ranch slaw.
