Absolutely shocking service, ordered at 6.10 said our order would be there for 7pm, called at 7.20 to ask where my order was, said it was on its way without taking any details (order was placed on a different phone) questioned how they knew what address i was calling about they put the phone down!!! Tried calling again no answer, so drove down and asked for my money back, still wouldn't give our money back trying to tell us that our order was on its way with 10 other peoples orders!! So if your the last one it looks like its going to be cold!! Asked them to recook our order fresh while we waited! Poor service, poor customer service!! Will not be using again!!
The food was actually lovely but the customer service is appalling. We used the Just Eat App and I think that the takeaway totally forgot our order and then tried to fob us off when we enquired and then complained, in fact they found it funny when we went and collected rather than wait over ANOTHER hour for delivery. A bit concerning when they say our order is with the driver along with 9 other deliveries, surely with that many the last ones are going to be cold. So if you should use Sunny go in person order and collect.
Ordered our Chinese meal over the phone. Hadnt got a menu to hand, so trusted the person who took my order. Food arrived promptly (half hour). Was excellent quality. However, when I logged on to their website this morning to check on the price, I was astounded to find I had been charged 1.50 for 4 pieces of pineapple which I had requested in my egg fried rice. I dont mind paying, but this was over the top. Needless to say, will not be using them again.
I ordered food from here and waited over an hour. I was told several times that it was on the way. When we finally got our delivery, it was stone cold. I will not be ordering from here again. I recently moved to the area and was in search of a local Chinese restaurant when I stumbled upon Sunnys. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place and will definitely make it a regular Sunday spot. Keep up the good work!
I ordered food for pick-up and was told it would be ready in 1 hour. I arrived on time, but had to wait 1 hr 25 min. The food was unpleasant and not what we ordered. Despite being promised a full refund, we received only half. I will never use this service again. The service was terrible.
