Went to the Sunnyside Grill by way of an invitation card from the Restaurant that was dropped in my home mailbox.The card read "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT".......Good Food. A group of us recently went here for breakfast. I called ahead and was able to make reservations for ten people and then the day morning of I had to change it to 14. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We are a family group of motorcycle riders and at times we are treated differently because of the image in peoples minds however when we all arrived, the tables for all of us were set and ready to go and they were well prepared.The service was excellent and everyone was very happy with their meals. I'm in Stoney Creek this morning for an appointment and I spotted this Sunnyside Grill just down the road for the location of my appointment so I decided to go grab some breakfast. This is a nice little place and it looks like it's fairly new in here. They have a really good selection on their menu but breakfast looks to be the focus which is good for me as breakfast is my favourite meal. I was happy to see that they had my favourite classic Canadian breakfast which is called the Peameal Breakfast on their menu. my daughter had a doctor appointment and i told her to meet me at sunny grill. it was about 2pm and very quiet. the waitress very very pleasant and prompt. my daughter and ordered and the food came fresh and hot, tasty. it was my daughter first time at the sunny gill. she was impress. she kept our coffee full and kept checking on us to take empty dishes. the food was very good. Dine in during the weekday. Food was hot and delicious. Ordered the early bird special bacon and eggs for $5.49 (I was in before 10am). Food came out super fast and was just awesome! Coffee came in abundance, always piping hot. Patty is super friendly and attentive. The potatoes are amazing. The portion size was great. Bacon was crispy, just the way I like it.
