I have been visiting this location for five years and usually have a great experience. However, on Monday, July 3rd, 2033, I came in at 9:30 a.m. with my toddler for the first time and was very disappointed by the service. The waitress, Vivian or Vidian, was completely disrespectful and exhibited racist behavior. Markham is known for being a diverse community, so this was surprising to me. When I asked for a highchair after waiting 15 minutes to be seated, Vivian told me to wait as my waiter would assist me. I calmly explained that I needed a highchair since my toddler was heavy to carry, but she walked away without helping. I quietly returned to my seat and waited another 10 minutes for ass...
We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant; it exceeded our expectations and is likely the best casual breakfast spot in the area. The atmosphere is fantastic, featuring great music and elegant decor. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the food is fresh and delicious. Our waitress, Paris, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and we had no complaints at all. Overall, it was a perfect experience! Highly recommended.
We did an impromptu Easter Breakfast and our server, Michael, was excellent. He was attentive, friendly, efficient and handsome too. The food was perfect and the atmosphere was as well. This place is very busy so i would suggest you come early because all the tables were full.They have new items on the menu.I would come back and try them.The staff help each other out and help the customers feel welcomed.It would be nice if they had outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful weather.

This place serve a nice breakfast, I find it clean but the opening of the front door does give a cold breeze through the restaurant on a Winter morning. Plus it having high Ceilings it doesn't feel warm or cozy at all. If you want breakfast that you can have but nothing that jumps out.
