Sunset Klagenfurt - Reservar una mesa

Nice view, but really terrible service. We have been there on 1st of June, and the waiter was really rude. When we tried to ask in English for a cup of tea, the waiter just walked away saying that he doesn't speak English and ignoring our request absolutely not trying to understand us. At the end our German speaking friend helped us to communicate. Then the waiter brought water put it in front of us and told that this was vodka??? Was that a joke??? We could not ask, as he didn't speak English, and was going away every time we tried to speak English. It was really uncomfortable to visit this place

We made a reservation at their website. But because it was so chaotic at the restaurant, they send us away to another restaurant and said our reservation was at the neighbour restaurant... We checked our reservation 4 times and we are sure that we booked a reservation at their site! It was way to busy at the restaurant and that was the reason they send us away Staff of this restaurant are zero stars worth...

Sitting 15 minutes at a time when it is not busy, waiter walks passt 5 times serving people that arrived after us. When we asked to be served, the waiter responded with a those who ask for service get served later . Disgusting service from a place i used to enjoy.

Hates cyclists! Just being rejected while there were free tables. One month ago he was more thanks happy however to sell double priced pasta to ironman athletes (in cash only!!

Cannot pay with card and old waiter is arrogant and refuses to speak a word of English.
