Sunset Lounge Military Base Authorized Patrons Only

Update: Two stars is for Hideaway Grille. It’s gone down hill. Here in October and the shrimp is terrible!! Soggy fries. They aren’t even serving the food on the website… dang. Make a Hideawy Grille Google page so Sunset Lounge can keep its 5 star review. They aren’t even serving the steak or nice burgers anymore apparently. Must be all from a freezer. Sunset Lounge doesn’t serve the original food I posted about. They now have Hideaway Grill in the kitchen of Sunset and they make different food. In the beginning the menu was pretty nice but now it’s just a train wreck. Come here for the Sunset Lounge part and have drinks on the water. I would skip the food until they figure out how to change...

this is a military installation. if you want 5 stars service, go anywhere else. for a basic they have a great view directly on the water, they get cheap food and drinks and no frying service. we had chips and salsa with cheese dip cheap and good. we had philly käsesteak sandwiches cheap and good. we had been looking at what was cheap and good. Enjoy, enjoy the view, enjoy the huge iguanas running around.

We only stopped here for drinks, not food, but they were 4-star delicious! The atmosphere is so nice, and of course, being an MWR facility, the prices were much lower than off post. We’re planning to stay at the Lodge here on our next trip down, so I expect we’ll visit the bar many times. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $10–20

We were pleased to find a few vegetarian options on the menu. We tried the vegetarian burger with fries, which came with a selection of different cheeses. It was piled high with fresh toppings, and we enjoyed customizing it with our own condiments. The burger was delicious! Reserva una mesa ahora

The food here is fantastic. We visited for business and dined at the restaurant twice. There are plenty of options in Key West, but many are quite overpriced. I found this place to be a great value.

if you want to eat, fast service, go to the city. if they want good prices, good food, great drinks, great people, fabulous sunset and the best barkeeper (john) on the island, this is the place.

Certainly worth the view! Peel and eat shrimp was excellent with a big kick in the cocktail sauce. Several great tropical drinks. Other fried foods we're average but a great way to end the day. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great location with a private atmosphere and a friendly bartender. The bar food is delicious and offers fantastic value. Definitely worth a visit!
