This place exceeded expectations in every aspect - ambiance, service, and taste! A perfect trifecta. Hot tea is complimentary. We started with the black crispy spring rolls, which were a bit small but packed with meat and served with a light, not too sweet sauce, fresh salad, and daikon. Nearby tables ordered the ribs and chicken wings. The owner even personally brought us towels after our meal! I tried the pho king with tender ribbons of meat. The broth was incredibly flavorful and generous with noodles. Be sure to use the mini sauce bowls to enjoy their homemade sauces. The soup had ample noodles and you can add additional meats. We tried the brisket as a side and it was delicious. The chicken pho was great, chicken quality was spectacular. I believe Sup is a wonderful option for finding good Vietnamese cuisine. While I don't believe it deserves a five-star rating, I appreciate that they use less sodium in their pho and use fresh and delicious ingredients. However, I have had better pho elsewhere. Nonetheless, having a Vietnamese spot like Sup on Long Island is a great alternative to traveling all the way into Queens.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect for dining. The summer rolls, spring rolls, pasta, and soup were all delicious, and the Vietnamese coffee had an authentic flavor. I will definitely return in the future. I also highly recommend the pumpkin cheesecake.

Order online takeout tonight. Was very good. Had the fried Tofu appetizer, delicious. Also had the chicken Pho. Was good. Definitely have to add the basil and lime to the broth. Will absolutely order more from here again.

man and I loved this place, and it's very hard for him to like a place. the pho was delicious and super filling because they give them such a big part and the Veggie spring rolls were also really good
