The delivery took 3 hours. I called 4 times and was told each time that there was no staff or manager available. Finally, when the food arrived at 11pm, it was cold and dried out. My son had already gone to bed by then. The driver mentioned he had been at the shop but only picked up the food 5 minutes before delivering it to us. Sadly, most of the food ended up being eaten by our dog. The attitude from the girl on the phone also left a bad impression. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I don't usually really rate takeaways but I have to say I was really happy with the device and food here. There is a very wide selection of takeaway food on offer but I like s decent plain boring burger and this one had a lovely chargrilled flavour. The chips were also gorgeous proper seaside town chippy chips! I also loved the fact that they offered different sizes of chip portions be warned though the large size is enormous! The onion rings are good two! Will definitely be back!
Oh my word!!!Ordered a pizza and a small sausage meal about hour and a half ago.the place is 2 minutes from my apartment.Idiots could not find me even though they have delivered to me many times..they did try ringing but i did not know the number and am sick of scammers.eventually spoke to a very rude lady.told them they never were at my door and i don't pick up strange calls..rude rude rude rude !!! Take my advice and avoid
Over priced poor quality food if your hungry and want chips go home and make them because you'll only be raging that u paid for this but to be fair there's no chippy locally that deserves to be called a chippy there all pants if you ask me and my message to the chippy stop taking us for fools and buck up your ideas

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is always cooked fresh. It is a very popular place and is always busy. The restaurant is very clean and bright.
We go to this chippy when we are working near rathgael and it's nice and clean, the staff are friendly and prices reasonable. The pasties are quite nice and chips are of reasonable quality.
Not a place I will ever visit again in my life. Poor service. The food quality was shall we say average (and that's being very nice) plenty more decent chippies to visit if you are hungry
The restaurant catered a birthday party and it was truly the best burger I have ever tasted. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the great service and amazing food.

Excellent food, excellent service and an absolute bargain!! I've tried many takeaways in Bangor but now would never consider going anywhere else.
Don't usually eat chippy food but this is second time iv ordered and food has been beaut. Will Def be ordering again
