I used to order all the time since i was almost 6 years oldI have talked to people from peru and they have said its not good. Personally I like it its ok.My issue is how they give you one sauce for a whole chicken like it’s ridiculous. The manager Steven has zero good customer service. As a a manager in the food industry this is ridiculous. I called and they said 1 per chicken lol like what? I mean to tell me 4 people split one sauce?I get it you have to save your controlable profit but this is insane. And I have never written a review but this place is always an issue. I have been dining at this restaurant for many years, but I have noticed a decline in food quality. Additionally, the staff member who took my order was quite rude. They have changed the menu without informing customers and do not provide any menus to take home for future reference. I will be looking for another restaurant to patronize.
Ordered 1/2 Chicken with a “Mixed Salad with Lime and Avocado”, and all I got was a box of lettuce. No tomatoes, no onions, and no AVOCADO either but charged extra for it of course. This is the second time. And then the chicken tasted like the rotisserie chickens at ShopRite. $14 for 1/2 a chicken and lettuce. What a shame.
I like the food here. But I can't agree with the person there today. Just because I don't speak Spanish doesn't mean you ignore me completely. Take orders over the phone instead of me. Take people who come in after me. That experience will leave a bad taste in my mouth. I could never tell anyone abou this place after that.

Please update your prices on the website. You get ones and then they are another. I have coming to this place for so long and They said “we just changed the prices” like what? Without updating it on the website?Bye delicious chicken, I got so frustrated today after my order with you guys… not longer interested.
Honestly, the food was good. I had the half rotisserie chicken with sides of tear and buzz. However, the service left something to be desired. The staff are friendly, but I felt a bit confused by the slow service.
my first and last time to order food from this place. do not eat completely boiled and the meat smelled funny. chips were soggy and hehn was very salty. 70 mice worth it went right into the müll.
