Super Wok - Reservar una mesa

Absolutely appalling customer service! I ordered some food for collection today, went to collect it with my mum and three young children and was verbally abused by the delivery driver who became abusive outside the shop for a reason I am yet to discover???? He yelled ‘fxxx off you fat bxxxx’ whilst driving away?! Cowardly much? I doubt he would like if someone spoke to his mother or sister like this!? And to make it worse, I’m heavily pregnant, became quite upset so went into the shop to report this to the workers in the shop and NOTHING was done!! Not only am I completely appalled by this but I now have three VERY VERY upset children!!! I will be reporting superwok to the appropriate authorities unless action is taken immediately. I have been a VERY loyal customer for years and I am very very disappointed in superwok for employing such horrible, abusive people.

Visited the other night for a family takeaway, was very very disappointed! The food was tasteless! Full of gelatine in the sauces, which made the food like jelly, was very expensive, have visited here a lot in the past, and the food was excellent, even tho pricey, but yeah the standards have dropped a lot, and will not be visiting there again..... shame! They lost good customers.

Foods good, ordered a few times, can’t complain , not had any issues at all, used to use panda till they started swearing down the phone at me for enquiring where my delivery was

Even though there is the great big wonderful Bang Bang food hall This is a very decent Chinese takeaway Very speedy delivery and well priced

The food has no flavor and it tastes burnt! I threw mine straight in the bin. I couldn’t even feed this food to my dog!!!
