Superburger - Reservar una mesa

I have eaten here more times than I probably should. Years ago (5+ this place had consistent quality burgers. Over the the couple of years the product is just inconsistent. And it is more on the not good side. The last few times we have ordered it is just not great. I think tonight was the last time we will ever eat here. The food has increased in prices and the quality is just not where it once was. My burger tonight was beyond well done…charred and all i tasted was burnt stuff from a grill (it needed to be cleaned . It was so bad All i ate was the bun. Now, if this was my first time eating here I may give them a pass being the day after Christmas but I have dined at Superburger more times...

My local burger joint, I ordered , took 30 minutes. I paid w card for pickup but did not put tip on card.. Waited at in front of takeout window for 30 minutes till everyone was gone. Got cold food, positive she was making me wait due to no tip on takeout. I had 5 in my pocket for cash tip. Sucks I mentioned I live in the neighborhood…. 40 bucks, cold and thrown together…my medium burger burnt but cheese unmelted.. I’m retired it was my weekly treat…they lost a customer after 20 years.

$72 for 2 burgers, 1 hotdog and an order of onion rings. Stale burger buns. Onion rings covered in raw uncooked dough. Found a blue brush bristle in my hamburger patty when it stabbed the top of my mouth. Forgot the mustard on my mothers mustard-only hotdog. $9 shakes. No indoor seating. Heaters turned off in 40 degree weather. Avoid this garbage at all costs.

We hadn't been in a long time. No indoor seating on a busy loud corner. Granted it's a burger joint ..my chicken tenders were very over breaded and cooked. My sons fries looked good with a generous portion. Saving grace was the crunchy ice in my $4 soda. No need to return. Sadly.

Sure, it's not fast food cheap, but it's also far superior in quality. The burgers are big, juicy, and actually taste like beef. It's worth it to get the grass fed patties as well. The shakes are thick and delicious. The fries are outstanding, crispy outside and creamy inside!

The customer service was great. I had a Super bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, and milk shake for $31.67. I found the price to be increased for the items purchased. However, the onion rings dippped in a side of ranch and the vanilla milk shake did not disappoint!

Definitely the best burgers in Sonoma county. Bacon cheese super. The meat tasted fresh with no additives, the bacon was succulent. The tater tots were awesome. The drink was almost to die for. I enjoyed it every other day. Awesome!!! Awesome!!! Awesome!!!

Ordered: Swiss Mushroom Bacon Burgers Fries So good, huge portions. we ordered to go everything packed nicely. No inside dining but they have a nice outside eating area set up but we were picking up to take out anyway

Meh, it was an OK burger the pineapple coleslaw was pretty good. Service was good, a bit overpriced for the quality. Better than fast food but not the best. I think it's ridiculous the indoor dinning is still closed.

Odd service asking for which fiztures your want and you get it on the side to build your own, salty burger, overcooked. Service person was great and friendly
