There must be something very wrong with the overall rating for this place here. We just tried it and we are regular indian food goers not just in Munich but in many other cities countries. Before i reveal the rest about the mains, let me just say that I drink coffee all types everyday and i know coffee. A really nice place for a meal in Starnberg. The food is really good however the value for money is simply not there and hence the three star rating. Food alone would be four stars for me. I had the haus thali which comprised of three curries and rice. Each of the dishes tasted excellent and the portion was good as well. I had the Gulab Jamun for dessert and it was ok but it felt like it was from a tin. The service was a bit slow and due to a public holiday the place was packed and it took a while to get food. This is one of my favorites in Starnberg. The Indian food is outstanding and the service is primo. They know how to make a spicy curry, so don't underestimate their four chili rating system. A three or two chili curry is perfect for me. I really like spicy food. I ordered the four chili curry once, and it was too hot to handle...how embarrassing. The mango lassi drink is wonderful and one of my favorite curries is the spinach and homemade cheese curry. I was surprised how great it was. The restaurant is only a short walk from the Starnberg train station (connecting you to Munich) and from the beautiful Starnberger Lake. They also have a great priced lunch menu Monday Friday.
order hungry, then a call came with the notic that there is no car and I should pick up the food. without car and ill unfortunately not possible. to the question of repayment came no answer. that eats and that's really good.

the food was good, but the delivery was too late. I ordered it for 18:15 and it only arrived at 19:15. Moreover, at versorgungando it was already shown to me at 18:40 that the food was delivered.
the food came later than thought, but was plentiful and good. in the restaurant it tastes much more delicious, because then everything is baked. but in quarantine better than nothing.
eating was good, but incomplete. on demand, there should have been a delivery. after 1 hour, I canceled the delivery. as I said, eating was otherwise delicious.
Mr President, I am sorry to say that we have had an hour to deliver. the food was a lonely tip. happy again!
