Sura Korean BBQ Restaurant

After reading the reviews for this restaurant, we still thought we should give it chance n go try the food, the restaurant wasn’t that busy for a Saturday evening but the chairs we sat down at were dirty with spilt food on the sides of the chairs which the waitress had to clean, the plastic cups and plates set up on the table looked like they needed to be washed again, went ahead and looked at the extensive menu and ordered, the food was tasty but oily, the condiments were set up on a side table which you could help yourself to was very nice, but we only knew about that from the reviews as the waitress didn’t let us know. Guess if you want something quick n easy and cheap it’s ok.

We went to sura at around 9:30 in the evening and we order a Korean seafood pancake. it was so oily and soggy and there were 3 pieces of thin sliced calamari only and no other seafood was there. We expected the pancake would be crispy but it was so disappointing. And we also ordered a pork bones potato stew. It looked like a left over pork bones. We barely could not see any meat on them. It was a lot of bones and no meat. And the waiting staff was not kind and welcoming. We would not come back there.

Came in and ordered a meal. No customer service at all so I waited at the service desk. Then upon ordering my meal I asked where can I seat, she said “anywhere you want”. I sat down and wasn’t even served any water. The staff then brought me a take away bag with my food in it, when I didn’t even ask for a take away. Customer service is nonexistent.

Do not go here the worst Korean BBQ I eaten in my life they have fake reviews on Google have flagged them dishonest business

There isn't a baby change in the toilet. Can't really say they are a kids friendly restaurant. But good food, I enjoyed!
