Surbiton Fish Chips

Chips and cheese was covered in a wrapping so cheese was stuck to paper. Not edible. Gravy was powdered gravy made with too much water making it the consistency of a glass of coloured water. Not edible. Pie was heated in the micro for too long so was rock solid. Not edible. Called them to complain and they said the food was bad because they're under new management. When I asked why are they still charging premium rates £1.65 for a small tub of powdered gravy) when they know the food is bad, he laughed and said to call deliveroo for a refund and that was it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really quite revolting just ordered from here via Uber eats, driver was very fast so this is purely reflective of the quality. So greasy, and inedible. When I called, there was no attempt to rectify any of it.
