Bei halbvollem Restaurant eine Stunde auf das 1 Gang Essen zu warten ist zu lange. Auf Nachhaken beim Personal kommt der Chef und doziert relativ unfreundlich, dass er unter Anderem einen Zehnertisch zu versorgen habe und frisch gekocht werde, was bei uns „Hausfrauen“ schliesslich auch nicht „hopp hopp“ gehe! Wie gesagt: das Restaurant war nur halbvoll... Für den Rest der Zeit im Suren‘s wurden wir ignoriert, es wurde nicht gefragt, ob wir Dessert oder Kaffee bestellen möchten so verlangten wir dann halt die Rechnung und gingen. Das Essen selbst war gut aber der Umgang mit den Gästen definitiv nicht!
