OUTSTANDING! I usually do not write reviews of places I stay unless it is so bad that I consider it a public service. I have stayed here about 8 times over the past year or so. Here is what makes this place work for me; It is the consistently excellent service, accommodations and overall good vibe that I get from staff, and I mean all staff. All smiles and warm greetings. I would been happy with staff that did not have scowls on their faces most of the time and did not treat me like an annoyance. This property is an excellent value. The reason I did not give them 5 stars, I was a bit upset regarding the free breakfast. I had to stay here just for the night because of a mechanical issue at my home. I must have misunderstood the hours because I thought breakfast was until 10:00 am. Went there at 9:15-9:30 and everything was closed up and juice machine that is left out was not dispensing. Only coffee, hot water for tea, and regular water available! I asked what the breakfast hours were and was told 6:00 am to 9:00 am 7 days a week! I needed a last minute place to stay as I was passing through Chicago and this turned out to be the best decision ever. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by everything. The hotel was very close to the mall (which I needed to charge my electric vehicle rental car and those charging stations are hard to find if it's not a Tesla), the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and super polite, the rooms were very clean, the atmosphere inside looked nice and the breakfast in the morning was really good. I am glad I stopped here and gave it a chance. Would definitely recommend!
