It's always important that the food is fresh, appealing, and tastes amazing. This family-run restaurant checks all those boxes. But wow, it really helps to find a sushi place with heart and personality. Our family eats here about once a month, sometimes more often, but every time Takuyo remembers what everyone in the family orders (even the picky ones who stick with rice and edamame!). They are so good with the kids - they absolutely adore the servers. After shopping at Costco we decided to Try a New Sushi Restaurant. Awesome Experience. Interesting menu and dishes that were served to other tables all looked Exciting & Appetizing. I chose Vege Special Roll, love Mangoes, not found on most menus. The presentation was Stunning, with thinly sliced apples separating the pieces. Even the sauce on the plate was tasty. It was so Fresh. The Gomae sauce was flavorful. Friend enjoyed Teriyaki Chicken a la Carte. Other Combo, again Presentation delightful. Portions generous and service helpful & friendly. Cannot wait to Try other items on the menu. Thanks for an Adventure in Eating Sushi!

We stopped here before grocery shopping at save-on. Appearances are deceiving, especially being next door to that other flamboyant fruity named place! Small, quaint, and very homely, the menu appeared good, the food excellent.We tried the ebi-sunomono (it was pleasantly different), gomaae was different as well, and the sushi simply heavenly! Great value!This will be my new sushi stop for Friday dinners, I strongly recommend this place!

This is our go to take-out Sushi place in Poco. We have tried a few but with no success, so this is our go-to. The service is always friendly (for the most part we take-out), the food is always fresh and the value for what you get is there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for sushi in Poco. This place is alongside a larger louder eating place, however it being snuck in the back gives one an invite to a quiet calm place to eat and recoup from the bustling world around. We had sashimi, gomae, california rolls and deep fried shrimp rolls! This will be my new sushi place for 2017, I highly recommend it!

My fiancé and I have been here a few times not, and we can't seem to get enough. We've had the favourite roll combo, veggie and ebi sunomonos and the hot night roll and everything has been delicious. I would highly recommend this sushi restaurant.

Hands down Best sushi place in PoCo Really glad we found this place. was a refferal from our neighbours. This is now our go-to sushi place. good prices, amazing quality. Even has great salads, Try the real crab salad for something different :>)
