I lived in Japan a total of 3 or so years and love sushi. I've had a lot of sushi in the U.S.A. and most don't compare to sushi in Japan. My wife, who is Japanese, and I are pretty picky when it comes to sushi. When we heard a sushi place was opening in Redford, we had to try it. We got the spicy salmon roll, spicy tuna, California roll and a regular tuna roll today and really enjoyed it. The spicy rolls were spicy, everything seemed fresh and everyone here liked it. We'll be back. If you like sushi, please support this local restaurant. Take out of dine-in. Enter through the back parking lot.
This is one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever experienced. Every time I order, the food is fantastic. I really appreciate the couple who runs the place—they genuinely care about the quality of their food and always accommodate special requests! I give it a perfect 10/10 and will keep coming back as long as I can!
We're making sushi in the office. The quality of Sushi Bay is fantastic. Spicy is spicy and the fish is fresh. If you are in the area and are looking for a great little place, Sushi Bay is highly recommended by me. Parking and through the back of the building.
I went out with some co-workers yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. I'm thrilled to have discovered this new favorite sushi spot with my friend. The food was absolutely delicious!

This place is fantastic! It's clean, the staff is friendly, and the sushi is outstanding. The TNT roll is absolutely delicious!
I absolutely loved the teriyaki and the pork. Their little one is adorable too ; I definitely will be going back!!!
Best sushi EVER. If I could eat here everyday I would it's upsetting that they are not open on mondays
