We have been guests of this hotel for many years, and were very happy so far, the freshness premiums on all other sushi establishments of the calade! However, since 3 times, we have faced a bitter disappointment. The rise in prices is normal, and justified in view of the current situation, however, quality has since fallen considerably, and in terms of flavors, and in terms of quantity! Especially for cabbage salads, where quantity has, I think, double!! And yet we are not big eaters, but it’s really limiting, and this since the beginning of the year! Very good surprise! Best sushi in Villefranche-sur-Saône in my opinion! Fresh sushi, of good quality and very good, original desserts and succulents (best coconut ball I could eat). Excellent reception, the staff is pleasant smiling and very nice. Very affordable prices! I recommend the eyes closed!
