I’ve had hidden fish take out a few times before dining indoors and my god, such a big difference! Although it’s still yum takeout, the whole done in experience is more enjoyable. It is definitely pricy but the quality is so so worth it! I went with my good friend, Esther, and we didn’t get too many pieces it was a good amount for 2 small girls. There wasn’t anything we disliked and we got what our server recommended to us. It wasn’t too busy when we arrived (5pm) but it quickly filled up! The busboy offered us a bigger, nicer corner table since it wasn’t busy when we entered so that was a plus! I would love to come back to try other items and maybe some of their drinks!

Tried their takeout; quite mediocre so we wanted to try the dine-in experience. We’ve also heard good things so wanted to give it another shot. Honestly disappointed and underwhelming, the sashimi platter (chefs choice) was okay. Nothing special. Nigiri tasting platter, sadly still underwhelming… Tried their snow crab roll (not pictured) in their house wafu sauce and rice paper… reminded me of sushi shop. And their Yuzu cocktail barely any alcohol for $20… Ambiance was nice but pretty much it. For a $250 bill, I really expected a lot more.

Great quality fish. The decor and vibe is very intimate and trendy. I enjoyed food but some of the maki’s were not great. I didn’t like the tuna tartare maki. Also, the service we received was not the same as other tables. I went with a group of my colleagues and we were never introduced or welcomed by a waiter. I noticed every other table was greeted with a “hello, welcome to hidden fish. My name is X and I’ll be your waiter for tonight, etc.” Not a bad thing but just an observation

that's the best sushi Ig I ever had. his better than in vancouver, his most tasty thing I've ever had. new favourite place in montreal. very romantic, excellent service, our waitress knew all sushis and recommended to take the a5 wagyu tataki as a entree. it is also a must: maki nobunaga, maki unagi, blue fin maki, everything was absolutely phenomenal. not change anything. great experience! when I was keeping, I added a note that it was for my friend's birthday? and at the end of the meal the waitress showed herself with a delicious piece of chocolate! the mood is stylish and quiet and the waitress always gave great suggestions as to how to enjoy our meal best. ? we had the reservation about 19h30 on Thursday.

To be honest, I was really surprised by the quality! it is the hands down the best sushi place I was in montreal city. I feel like it's a bit different than "traditional" sushi (there was a kind of sauce mixed with the sushi rice), but the aromen work well and I loved it! her chocolate mousse cake was also very good! not too sweet?

Disappointing. Tasted boring. Definitely not worth the price. Moreover, they told you they would seat you in a sec after the table was cleaned then refused to do so because a group of new people came and “the kitchen is full”.

beautiful decoration. but a bit overpriced for the quality of sushi and sashimi provided. we waited an hour to get the first court. the whole evening meal was almost 3 hours for 5 dishes. Reserva una mesa ahora

Good sushi in a dimly lit space. Definitely more of a quality than quantity spot. Notably, we enjoyed the Hotaru and Ora King Roll. Would recommend for 1-on-1 or small group occasions.
