This place is a hidden gem, offering incredibly fresh and authentic Japanese cuisine. The sashimi here is among the best I've ever tasted. To secure a reservation, make sure to call during business or dinner hours, as they don't have an online booking system. Located in a small strip mall, the service was exceptional. The omakase experience is definitely worth the price, so be sure to check out their sake list and consider getting a cup for the sushi chef as well!

This was the very best sushi we've had, ever. That's after forty-five years of sushi restaurants. Hiro was very personable and he had a very wide selection of offerings.
