Great spot to go with a mixed group... this place is pretty popular as we had to wait 30 mins for a table (standing outside, because there is not much room inside. the weather was nice so it wasn’t bad).. highly recommend the April roll. Some people might not care, but it’s worth noting that that they use the same oil to fry the fish sushi as they do they vegan sushi... so stay away from any of their crispy rolls or pan fried dumplings if that bothers you as it bothered me. All in all, cute spot in downtown silver spring. Worth checking out for sure. Prices are very fair!! Updated from previous review on 2018-01-21

I love eating all that I have! When I asked, they said that the mistsuppe didn't have fishflakes. they also told me that eating should be vegan as long as they do not order the mayo. I was not aware that one of my courts with mayo came on the top, so just make sure that double check! I also went on a Friday night. Bad choice because we wait an hour to get our food! it was also very crowded. I would suggest either to take or go during a less busy time to be more covid safe, updated by previous review on 2021-07-29

I really like that they offer a separate menu with numerous vegetarian and vegan options clearly listed. Their selection is different from most sushi restaurants, which I appreciate. A fun fact is that most eel sauce is actually vegan, but it's always best to double check at each restaurant. The sweet potato business roll is absolutely delicious.

I recently tried the best vegan sushi in the DC area at this restaurant... and possibly the best I've ever had! They offer a separate vegetarian menu and our waiter made sure to veganize everything we ordered (mainly by removing mayo). The food was delicious, service was quick, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I can't wait to go back again! Reserva una mesa ahora

I love that there is a separate veggie menu and it is very straightforward to request everything to be made vegan. They give you a menu card to write on for the sushi and I just wrote “everything vegan please”. The actual sushi was super good, and there are many creative sushis, not just your average cucumber and avocado rolls.

there was a series of veggie roll options that were very tasty and cheap. we sat fast (around lunch) and eat quickly.

Was all pretty great, the fried avocado roll wasnt my cup of tea but the wife loved it. Highly recommend.
