This is hands down the best sushi I've had in the US. They have the best miso, something about it is just amazing umami flavor. The portions are generous, the Bento Boxes make a great lunch and their Yakitori is out of this world. If you like sushi you will love Sushi Kaya. Visiting Chicago and stopped at this family owned sushi restaurant which has opened 20+ years in town. the best of the best sushi in Chicago. Ordered maki sushi (Caterpillar, Snow White, Tuna melody), calamari, miso beef ramen. Exceptional!! Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
