I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday with special friends and delicious food, but unfortunately, my experience at Buca on 03/29 was very disappointing. Although the company of my friends was great, the food was far from what I had expected. We ordered a variety of dishes based on our waitress's recommendation, but ended up with more than enough mediocre food that we couldn't finish. The spaghetti with marinara sauce was bland and tasteless, the tortellini lacked flavor, and the shrimp scampi was extremely dry. Stopped in for lunch. Nothing great nothing exciting about the place in general. Ordered a Bento Box, salad just ok, soup fair. Now, at this time I was oh hell I made a mistake. Than the Bento Box arrives!!! Holy smoke, loaded Bento Box! I admired and was happy. I dug in, it was better than expected in fact the best I've had! The stir fry beef was great, Tampere was awesome, the pickled seaweed and cucumber was perfect, Calf. Roll good and sticky rice. All in all an extreme surprise from the let down for the place, salad and soup. So, a very good experience and usually it goes down hill, but this was a present surprise.
Great Sushi!. I have dined at Sushi Ko probably hundreds of times have yet to be disappointed. There are many sushi places in Columbus, but it would be hard to find many that compare to the quality price of Sushi Ko. GOOD sushi is expensive anywhere you go, but comparitively I think Sushi Ko is priced well. Tues nights they offer half priced sushi on most of their menus (small selection not included). It's busy on Tuesdays, so go early, but it's well worth every second of the wait. My favorites Caterpillar Roll, Cherry Blossom, Volcano, Philadelphia anything spicy.

My husband and I wanted sushi for our first fancy meal out in a long time. We decided on sushiko as I ahd eaten there before and it had good reviews. It was delicious. We were the only people in the whole restaurant (including my almost 2 year old daughter). We ordered a lot of sushi and all of it was fantastic, fresh, perfect rice. Our daughter loves sushi so it was great for her as well (she loved the spicy california, philly, vegetable hand rolls the most). The chef even made her a little dessert!
Was tired of the standard chain restaurants, so thought I'd give Sushi Ko a shot since it was close to my hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and fantastic sushi. Easily some of the better sushi I've had-and I eat it often. Fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend.
My friend and I often meet at this restaurant. The service is consistently good and the food is excellent. They are very accommodating, allowing us to stay and chat after our meal without feeling rushed, even when the restaurant is busy. The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is top-notch.
My previous experience with sushi has been of the grocery store variety from horrible (Trader Joe’s stuff is about the worst stuff ever) to almost edible (Whole Foods brown rice crab California rolls and Philly rolls aren’t bad at all with soy sauce). I

Great sushi! From the simple asparagus rolls, to the deep-fried 'super crunchy ' rolls, you will receive top notch sushi in a lovely environment. Other kitchen dishes and appetizers are also delicious. Don 't forget to try them as well.
