Having used to order because it is the Japanese restaurant closest to me. For quite a long time, when you take, for example, various sashimis and there is no more turkey or mackerel, it is replaced by salmon and tuna. And for the same price. Even if it replaces it, the least thing would be to warn the client. Or a commercial gesture. I can understand that with the Covid it may be more complicated to have the right products but we should respect the customer. I think I shouldn't be the only one.
