Let me begin by saying sushi has been a staple in my life and diet for well over 7 years. I’ll consistently find places that blow my expectations out of the water, but today is an all time win. First, The ambiance is relaxing and completely stress-free. It’s literally delightful to just be here… But then your food arrives in front of you and elevates the experience all the more. The fish literally melts in your mouth. This is THE freshest and most delicious fish I’ve ever had. Yes, ever! The chirashi dish started me off (an unbelievable $10 from the lunch selection) which was delightfully paired with either soup or salad.
