great sushi amateur, I tested almost all the specialised restaurants of the corner and home delivery services, I was rarely disappointed but it was still missing something that made the difference, and I found this one at "sushi or not sushi"! the team found how to combine "fancy and tradition" and all with fresh products! the proof I met the boss while he bought his seasonal fruit on the neighbouring market! The quality / price ratio is unbeatable, there are a lot of choices (do not hesitate to taste the "sushi corses",) the members of the team are always very pleasant and welcome with the smile! short, from 10/10 as much for on-site as for delivery!
I rarely had such disappointment for a restaurant so well noted. the service is nice but the team looks completely disorganized. Sushi rice is dry and poorly cooked. Cheese beef brochettes I rarely eat as bad. Not well cooked, a piece of beef from the real sole. No morning. No taste. When I say they'd better not just do that, they say "I agree, it's frozen." top. Approximate hygiene is not reassuring: wearing gloves that are never changed throughout the service. It handles species, cbs, perso phone, orders, then sushi. ratio quality lowest price I have rarely seen and I am an amateur of sushi, not necessarily gastro but there is a minimum to respect!
A little delay on delivery while it was noon. Despite the delay, my miso soup came hot but without a spoon. I was at home so it didn't pose a problem but it can be embarrassing for people who order from their place of work. apart from these few couacs, the deliveryman was smiling and pleasant. the californias rolls and noris were excellent, the miso soup good. I recommend.

Besides the delay of 1:30! Let's go, we got a bulk salmon boat and not maquis! the rare sushi we had had thick and immangeable skin! The sushi of liddle see auchan was excellent next to it! little being that I fell on a bad day, but anyway, I wouldn't go back.
It was one of my best gustative moments with sushi! quality products, innovative sushi ( foie gras, fried onion chicken) and toop employees.Good work! a big up to the tick
