We dined here on 4/6/22 and it was a wonderful meal and dining experience. Flavorful, fresh and complex flavor profiles with delicious textures. We enjoyed vegetable tempura, fried squid legs, Hirame crudo, soft shell crab roll, orange crush roll and Shiso Lovely roll. Everything was delectable. The Shiso lovely is in my top 3 best sushi rolls of my life. 10/10. The crunch of asparagus tempura paired with the seared tuna with a citrus punch was well balanced and refreshing. The Hirame Crudo packs a spicy punch that is offset by a wonderful yuzu sauce. A wonderful dining experience with delicious food, kind staff, fantastic chefs and fresh ingredients. We can’t wait to return
My colleagues and I had a lovely experience this week. Our server was filled with tons of fantastic sushi fish knowledge, and crafted a delightful and diverse menu to satisfy our parties unique pallets. My only comment (which is the same comment I have for the few restaurants we visited this week) was the music was extra loud and the music was loud rap music. I loved my hip hop music, but it was too much. I can’t wait to bring friends and family back there!
I went here due to the high ratings, and boy did they live up to the hype! The staff was courteous and attentive, but nevermind that, the sushi selection was more than extensive than I expected for a land locked state. Due to that extensive sushi selection, I ordered an Omakase and placed my trust in the chef to offer me the best menu items. It was incredibly delicious and will be coming back whenever I am back in Denver.
From the get-go, the hostess and waitress were both incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was so good. Every choice recommended or picked on our own down the menu was excellent. The chef also took the initiative in sending over sliced avocado for our 1-year-old son, which is his favorite. The overall vibe was spot on, with hip-hop/rap playing too. We will be returning and highly recommend it.

Been twice and each time was an amazing dining experience. The sushi is fantastic, the service is so good. I feel taken care of everytime. And the drinks/bar provides great options and killer drinks. One of my favorite places I was able to have my birthday.
We have been to this location a few times and the Congress Park location many times. The food is consistently some of the best sushi in Denver. Everything on the menu is great!
Awesome restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the food is tops. I love the miatake mushrooms and the slalom skin roll the most. The peach jelly sake is pretty good too.
Very fresh. They don't use a lot of rice in their rolls so you're eating more of the good stuff! All of the rolls are great, I like the Colorado roll the best.

Excellent sushi rolls and sashimi, we sampled six different rolls. The fish tasted extremely fresh, and the rolls were creative. It is on the expensive side.
The food was fantastic. The waiter was super knowledgeable and guided us to some excellent choices. Can't wait to go back!
