Sushi Shop - Reservar una mesa

This place was ok . The ingredients seemed fresh enough. I didn 't realize it was a chain... I 'd been walking down the street looking for a ramen place I couldn 't find and wandered in here. I ordered and paid before reading the reviews, so then I was very nervous! But it wasn 't like I 'd feared. The fish seemed fresh, but disappointed the salad base is iceberg lettuce and not something better. All in, it 's ok, but poke bowl definitely not worth $17CAD. I won 't be craving another trip to the sushi shop, but it was good at alleviating my hunger.

Item( sushi pizza) in the order was missing, staff member didn't care or said anything when I came back an hour later to get it. Had a not so nice exchange with the manager when I pointed the lack of any customer services, I decided to just get my money back instead to wait again for the order to be completed.Clearly my satisfaction was optional. Now for the meal, the poke bowl seem incomplete, fill with lots of salad. The spicy mayo was good.There is nicer options around the area, we were excited to try that one but then very disappointed.

I ordered chicken and mango poke with some other types for a friend but when I got home, my order wasn't complete in the bag. I called them, the guy said his boss will call me back as soon as possible to reimburse whatever I'd paid for that missing part. It looks he meant couple of months or years by saying as soon as possible. I haven't get any calls from them and also tried to call them, I haven't got any responses yet.I'm now editing my review and I increase the rate that I'd considered as the problem is solved

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and there has consistently been errors in my orders. During my last visit, one of the employees was very rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the small size of my sushi burrito. Another employee was more apologetic and tried to make amends. However, overall, this restaurant tends to have more mistakes in orders compared to other sushi restaurants.

My wife and I agree that this is the best sushi, tempura shrimp, and bubble tea we have ever had. Even our picky twin daughters loved it. We will definitely be getting take-out tomorrow for our journey back home to New Brunswick. This restaurant is second to none in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. The kid-friendly options like the "Red Velvet" and "Salmon Teriyaki" are awesome.

1. I ordered 2 hrs in advance and it still wasn't ready for pickup...they hadn't even started it! 2. Asked for nonspicy and got spicy 3. Wrong rice 4. No smoked salmon despite paying for it 5. Brown wilted lettuce 6. One single piece if avocado.

I really enjoy the sushi at this restaurant. It is creative and fresh. They also offer vegetarian options, including vegetable sushi.

Worst sushi we've had. Over sauced, not rolled or cut properly and tasted bad. Praying not to get sick now!
