I had high expectations when visiting Sushi Taro, a Michelin Star restaurant, but I left feeling disappointed. The food was decent, but it did not meet the high standards I was anticipating. The freshest fish in the city. The king salmon and fatty tuna are unbeatable. My partner and I come make up any excuse to come dine here. We are sushi fiends, and this is one of our very top picks in the DMV. Absolutely awesome and HIGHLY recommend.

Kaiseki tasting was amazing! Highly, highly recommend. King salmon was my absolute favorite.
The surf and turf kaiseke is phenomenal. The sake pairings are perfect. Well worth it.
