Oh boy, it's so clear why Sushi Train as a business is dying a slow and painful death. This was probably the saddest $16 I've spent in a hot minute.Ordered squid nigiri and I literally saw one of the cooks warming it up in his hands after taking it out of the packaging. The sushi on the conveyer belt has gotten so much smaller than it used to be back in the day, when people actually ate at Sushi Train. Not only that, but the sushi I ate off the belt (which obviously had raw fish) was luke warm?? Sitting there eating lunch was such a sad experience, I regretted not getting a small roll from the takeaway Japanese place around the corner.

I have been training in springwood for many years, almost always for a Katsu curry and a few sharp chickens. in recent times has the recipe of what seemed a fresh panko crumbling chicken to what now seems to be some frozen no brand crumb chick. the taste, the quality and the quantity have decreased significantly in recent times.

ordered online, showed that it ready for pick up in twenty minutes. but I waited twenty minutes until I got my food. lack of many things in the menu. so disappointed by the service. Sushi train used to be my favorite place to dinner. will never be there again! Reserva una mesa ahora

Lovely place and loads of space. You don't feel like a sardine as most other sushi trains are like.I wouldn't want to take a family here though. The pricing is pretty high in my opinion. Maybe if they reduced the cost of a can of coke it would be okay.

I was one of the first customers in this shop when it opened and I was in primary school. I have completed my work experience in this business, and it was a happy experience. the owner welcomes the whole team.

dreadful customer service; ordered takeaway that lasted 35 minutes to be ready in the afternoon at 2 o'clock, just to get the biggest part of the order wrong.
