Sushi Tu - Reserva de mesa

I really wanted to give this restaurant a good review, but unfortunately we never even had the opportunity to enter. The sign said they open at 4, but we waited outside until 4:22 and the door was still locked. I tried calling twice with no answer. It's disappointing because we were eager to try this place. They should either open on time or update their hours. Hopefully there wasn't a family emergency or something.

This was my worst sushi experience ever. Food: Had no cream cheese, avocado was mushy in parts, the ginger had brown age spots, the soy paper was stale, and the tuna was dry and flavorless. Service: wife ordered a spicy tuna roll and a Mexican roll and I said I wanted the exact same but on soy. I got 2 Mexico rolls. Server blamed the chef. It is like they just lost all passion for serving people and making sushi.

The waitress was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The prices for sushi were reasonable, and the rolls were both thick and delicious. I especially enjoyed the salmon roll, which left me feeling clean and refreshed. The rainbow roll evoked a sense of freedom, perhaps inspired by the fish and their connection to the Florida coast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Some of the best sushi hands down! This is great sushi, in general, and not just in Clearwater. Kind of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant but we'll worth the experience for your taste buds. There is a lot of fish in every bite and it tastes super fresh. Definitely somewhere to visit again and again!Service was on point with one waitress servicing 4 tables and bar seating. I’ve been here almost every time I come to visit my gf’s family. It’s probably the tastiest sushi I’ve ever had. The caterpillar roll is great! The place is really small so it’s best to do takeout if you have a large family. It is kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. And the portions are decent! The sushi chef is really friendly as well.

I am from the New York City area and I am used to good sushi. Sushi Tu was excellent and the fish was very fresh. The owner was very friendly and gave me great suggestions when I asked about different menu options. Highly recommend. Will go back when we’re back in town.

Oh, so good!! Had the Super Crunchy Roll twice now. It's a little place, and it might seat 20 max, including outdoor. Everything is fresh and delicious. I've been looking for a local sushi spot for 3 years, and I've finally found it.Food: 5/5

Love this spot!!! Casual and delicious. Service and TV screens are less ideal, but fine.
