I found that lunch took an unusually long time to prepare, especially considering I ordered simple salmon rolls and a teriyaki plate. To make matters worse, they didn’t have any lemon for my salmon rolls. It’s hard to believe a sushi restaurant wouldn’t have lemon on hand! I've been enjoying sushi for as long as I can remember, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. At this point, I'm left wondering if the staff was just too lazy to fetch some lemon.
I'm not really a sushi person, but my daughter wanted to give it a go for the first time. We ended up trying the fried rolls, which included California rolls along with a few others. Some contained shrimp and tuna, and I have to say, the tuna was fantastic! It almost had a flavor reminiscent of pepperoni, which was surprising. Despite not being a sushi lover, I'm actually eager to return!
The food was overpriced and not fresh. I ordered the spicy tuna and salmon roll, but the salmon had a strange smell and didn't look fresh at all. I ended up spending over $30 on this meal, and it didn't even fill me up. Rating: 1/5 for the food.
Still as good as ever and they are very great on my diet as well! Low-carb options are some of the best I've ever had at any sushi place. The prices are also very fair. I highly recommend this one to anyone in the area. Reserva una mesa ahora
I love Sushi Umi! I've been coming here for years. They put little pieces of tempura in their spicy tuna rolls that add a nice extra touch. Their vegetable rolls are also on point with gobo root. Give em a try!
Don't recommend. Only items that were edible is their side salad and miso soup that comes with the meal. Shrimp tempura appetizer was a waste. Small shrimp for the amount of batter.
This is a great small restaurant the food is always great they are all so nice the service is fast a sleeper place need to try it you will not be disappointed AAA
