Suviche – Sushi And Ceviche

I used to order takeout from Suviche when working from the office, so I was super excited when I moved to Doral and realized we have one right around the corner at CityPlace! So to start, they have happy hour DAILY. Anyone who has weekend happy hour is already ahead in my book. We've tried pretty much all the food on their happy hour menu and it's all delicious. Our fav is the crispy rice. Also tried their Lomo Saltado which was really flavorful and a good portion for the price. We've been a few times and service is always good. We went to Suviche for happy hour. They have a great combination of sushi and ceviche. This is Peruvian fusion with an Asian kick! They start you off with complimentary toasted corn also known as cancha. The happy hour menu had a great selection of food and drinks. We loved the swing seats, art and props around the restaurant. I always like to place the use of doubt. but if they have several problems, I have to speak. my wife took an order, the app said that eating was ready, but when my wife asked the host for eating, she said it would be in a few minutes (15 minutes later,) no problems there. the hostess was dismissed with my wife and told her that she had to click on the “reception food” although she had not prepared to eat it. the sushi with garnel was not fresh at all, had a funny taste that ended on the mülldose. the ceviche of course was salty and the fish was not fresh. that's a place that's hard for me when I look the next time.

This is a stunning restaurant, Nuevo Peruvian, located in a lovely outdoor mall setting. The food was outstanding. We started with the seafood ceviche and the knall war for beginners, both of which were delicious and fresh. We also ordered an Udon dish with chicken, which came with an excellent sauce, as well as a dish with lomo (beef). I had the perfecta sushi roll, and everything was delightful. This is one of my favorite restaurants. I typically begin with the tuna tataki, which is absolutely delicious. Then I move on to the rolls—so good! I usually order the plain roll, the TNT roll, the Zilantro roll, and the Chaufa roll. The bang bang roll is fantastic as well, though I didn't get a chance to take a picture because we devoured it so quickly! I also really enjoy the pisco here.

I went here for lunch and the food seemed ok. was suspicious of cameras in the restroom so made a quick exit after using it and hearing the commotion at the time. Anyway the salad was ok. The Calamari was pretty good. The interior of the place looked nice . However the surveillance lack of privacy really dimmed the mood here and it should be stated publicly that this may be going on

I have been here before and had some good Peruvian food. But today we order sushi and it was terrible!! The rice was definitely over cooked and the whole dish was flavorless. Definitely not coming back.

My favorite all time restaurant! Best ceviche there is, great drinks and very nice servers. Love the atmosphere and very cost effective. If you're looking for a great time, definitely eat here! Reserva una mesa ahora

Great drinks, delicious food, and a fantastic atmosphere. Our waitress was very friendly and patient, providing excellent menu recommendations. I will definitely return if I'm in the area!

YO!!! These swinging seats are FUEGO. Don’t miss and sit in the regular seats. The food is IMMACULATE and LITE but with 5 STAR FLAVOR. ??
